Summer & Winter Camp Scholarships
A core focus of Old Boney Mountain Foundation for Kids is providing middle and high school students the opportunity to attend life-changing winter and summer camps. We partner with trusted organizations and camps such as Forest Home, Lost Canyon, and other Christ-centered programs where youth are mentored by caring leaders from local youth organizations. These camps provide a unique setting for growth — offering Biblical teaching, meaningful community, and time away from everyday pressures in beautiful, nature-filled environments. Campers experience a week filled with encouragement, personal reflection, outdoor adventure, and positive mentorship. In addition to spiritual learning, youth participate in hiking, lake and field activities, team-building experiences, and group discussions that help build confidence, resilience, and lasting friendships. For many students, camp becomes a turning point — a place where they feel supported, valued, and inspired to grow into the person they are meant to be. The cost for Old Boney Mountain Foundation for Kids to send one student to camp ranges from $240–$680. This includes: • A 3 day winter camp or a full week at summer camp (lodging, meals, activities, and instruction) • Transportation to and from camp • Administrative support and coordination Through generous donors and partners, we make these transformative experiences possible for youth who might not otherwise have the opportunity to attend. Check out our testimonies page to hear from kids who have attended camp in the past. Donate Now to send a kid to camp! Partial and full sponsorships are welcome! |
